U.S. Special Operations units are renowned for their detailed planning process, solving complex problems, overcoming adversity, and achieving superior results. This intensive 2-day course will teach individuals and teams how to use the MPP (Mission Planning Process), RPP (Reverse Planning Procedures), PACE (Primary, Alternate, Contingency, Emergency) Planning, The 5 Paragraph Order, How to conduct rehearsals, How to delegate duties and responsibilities, How to deliver a briefing, ‘Green Team’ events, How to conduct a debrief and more!

Participating in a Spartan Americana ‘Black Ops’ Experience allows individuals and teams to train side by side with an operative from the world’s premier counter-terrorist, ‘black ops’ unit, the CIA’s Special Activities Division / Special Operations Group (Ground Branch).
